Mr Teo Chee Hean and some grassroots members were able to get a peak on one of the many PolCam (Police Camera) installations in Pasir Ris Town by the Singapore Police Force to help track and deter crime. By end of 2016, about 10000 buildings and carparks across the country will have such cameras installed.
