Initiated in 2017, Todo Todo is an all-encompassing support for youth – you can find out what you want to do, what you have to do, and learn from what others have had to do, as they transited from student to professional. Bringing together career profiling tools, best industry minds, networking with HR leaders, mentorship and job opportunities, and put together by those who have just been through the change, it is our real-life version of a career compass. Todo Todo is a joint initiative by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and People's Association (PA) to bring together a network of the Labour Movement, businesses, grassroots and industry professionals for youth to better navigate their career journey. The Todo Todo platform aims to provide a robust career guide network with youth-oriented professionals across diverse sectors, more opportunities for youth to pay it forward and a comprehensive range of career advice and lifestyle information.
